Gold & Diamonds
- Arabian Gold and Diamonds in association with Glimmer gold and diamonds LLP.
- Check the purchased items and its weight with the invoice at the time of taking delivery. We do not entertain any claims later,
however unlikely, that items were damaged or of less weight. - Customer specified designs, nose pins, cut piece and designer jewellery can only be exchanged without any refund of making
charges. - For buy back customer has to produce the original invoice; the rate will be as per the prevailing Buyback policy of the showroom. In
other cases, will only be on the net weight basis after removing the stones, enamels, and dust. Payments shall be made by way of
crossed cheques only. Customer shall provide any valid identity proof. - We offer life time maintenance and repair for our gold, diamonds and precious ornaments. Diamonds, precious stones and gold if
added will be chargeable. - Handle the screws/clasps of ornaments & studded Jewellery gently, as they are delicate, can be damaged if turned in the wrong
directions. Items damaged due to negligent handling can only be repaired, not replaced. No guarantee for breakage, falling of
stones or chipping of enamel. - Government rules applicable from time to time.
- Management reserves the right to modify above terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase to avail exchange, and the goods must be in the same condition as when first
purchased. No cash refund admissible. - The original sales bill and authenticity certificate have to be submitted at the time of sales return/exchange and buyback.
- Customers are requested to check the purchased items and tally it with the invoice before taking delivery.
